Peters & May is proud to announce a new partnership with Briese Chartering, strengthening its commercial marine transport capabilities between Northern Europe and the East Mediterranean. This agreement allows Peters & May to secure a minimum of one vessel per month on this strategic route, delivering reliable capacity and fixed schedules for commercial, breakbulk, and project cargo.
The first vessel under this new collaboration, BBC Bahrain, successfully loaded multiple cargoes across six ports in June, with a mix of underdeck and on-deck loads. From July through October, Peters & May will utilise a panel of 11 Briese vessels, all geared and well-suited to complex and heavy-lift operations.
Simon Judson, CEO, Peters & May:
“This is a significant step forward for our commercial division. Historically, we’ve been constrained on this trade lane due to limited vessel availability. With Briese Chartering now on board, we can offer secured space, consistent routing, and the operational flexibility our commercial clients demand.”
